Frequently asked questions

Answers about sourcing and delivery of overseas industrial parts.

01Can you purchase products from overseas manufacturers?

Yes. We check availability of automation, equipment, control and sensor parts sold by overseas manufacturers or distributors. Share the brand and model.

02Can you source discontinued products?

We review remaining stock and overseas inventory, and can suggest similar alternatives on request.

03Can you quote with only a model number?

Yes. A manufacturer and model are enough to start. Quantity, required date and use help us quote more accurately.

04Can you identify a product from a photo?

A label, nameplate, installed part or old component photo can help us identify the model and supply route.

05How do you check authenticity?

We prioritize authorized and vetted channels, and review available supplier, label, packaging and origin documents according to the terms.

06Do you supply both new and used parts?

We generally quote new parts. If only used or refurbished stock is available, its condition will be clearly stated.

07How long does overseas delivery take?

It varies by stock, supplier location, transport method and clearance. Made-to-order items require a separate lead-time check.

08Can you handle urgent purchases?

Yes. For line maintenance or urgent replacement, we prioritize the request and consider air or express freight where available.

09Can you manage import customs?

We coordinate overseas purchase, international transport, import declaration, clearance and domestic delivery. Extra certification requirements are flagged at quotation.

10Can you request a direct manufacturer quote?

On request, we can check price, lead time and terms with the manufacturer or a local supplier.

11Can you obtain certificates or test reports?

We request them when available from the supplier. CoC, datasheets, reports and manuals vary by product and brand.

12Can you negotiate bulk pricing?

For larger volumes or recurring orders, we review the terms with the supplier.

13Can businesses pay after delivery?

Terms can be discussed subject to transaction conditions and internal review. First and repeat orders may differ.

14Can you deliver directly to another country?

It depends on destination, product and shipping terms. Third-country and local overseas delivery can be reviewed.

15What should I include in a quote request?

Share the manufacturer, model, quantity, required date, use, photos or specifications. You can still ask if some details are missing.
